High-Throughput Antibody Expression
Antibodies are among the most commonly used tools in basic scientific research, in vitro diagnostics, and clinical testing. They are routinely employed in techniques such as Western blotting (WB), quantitative immunofluorescence (QIF), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). In clinical management, antibodies are crucial in laboratory medicine (e.g., ELISA assays and flow cytometry) and anatomical pathology (e.g., IHC). The significant impact of antibody therapy in disease treatment has led to the development of various new macromolecules. Antibodies and antibody-derived macromolecules have become the cornerstone of protein-based therapeutics (biologics), widely used to treat various diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune disorders, malignant tumors, and infections.
Our High-Throughput Antibody Expression Platform
Specific antibodies are indispensable in the biomedical field. Currently, the main screening methods for specific antibodies include hybridoma technology and antibody engineering. However, these methods face challenges due to their complex screening processes, long preparation cycles, high costs, low efficiency, and limited automation. To address these challenges, high-throughput antibody expression technology has emerged as a promising solution for the efficient and large-scale screening of high-purity antibodies.
