For anyone researching UAE banking flows or helping users with basic account access questions, a common one is: how do you check your NBAD bank balance?

Since NBAD merged into First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), balance checks now happen through FAB’s channels. Users can check their balance in several ways:

• FAB mobile banking app (instant balance + transactions)
• Online internet banking portal
• ATM balance inquiry
• SMS banking (for eligible accounts or salary cards)
• Customer care hotline

From a systems perspective, all of these connect back to the same core banking ledger but through different authentication layers.
